Enhancement Request for Night Audit & Expense Entry Features in Mobile Application

We would like to submit an enhancement request regarding your PMS mobile application.

As Atiti Homestays continues to expand and manage multiple properties across different locations, our property managers increasingly rely on the mobile application to perform daily operational tasks. However, we have observed that the mobile app currently does not support two critical functions:

• Night Audit
• Expense Entry/Management

The absence of these features creates operational challenges, particularly for managers who are frequently on the move and need to complete end-of-day processes without access to a desktop system.

We believe that enabling night audit and expense entry functionality within the mobile application would significantly improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and better support multi-property management businesses such as ours.

We kindly request your product and development teams to consider these features for inclusion in your upcoming enhancement roadmap. We would appreciate it if you could share whether these enhancements are already planned or under consideration, along with any tentative timelines.

As we continue to grow and onboard new properties, mobile-first operational capabilities are becoming increasingly important in our PMS evaluation and deployment decisions.
