Problem:
While opening booking from booking list, get below error
How to Access:
Please follow below steps to resolve error
- Take server Machine remote
- Download tool – https://ezeenextgen.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/download/DataDoctor/Datadoctor_20171213_hash_count_error_while_booking_edit.zip
- Open eZee folder Location
- Copy tool here and extract it as per below screenshot
- Run it as Run as administrator
After running the tool on the server machine in eZee path folder, restart eZee front desk and check the particular booking
If it is still not resolved then run this below tool:
