A: You can purchase your own domain independently and connect it to the Panorama server to make your website live. The team will assist with domain URL binding and domain forwarding at no extra charge.
Q: Is hosting included?
A: Yes. Free hosting is included in the Panorama subscription. You also get unlimited server space and lifetime 24/7 free hosting support.
Q: Is an SSL certificate included?
A: Yes. A free SSL certificate is included with your Panorama website, ensuring your site is secure (https://).
Q: Does Panorama offer email services or support?
A: No. The Panorama team does not offer paid email services or support. However, upon request, domain access can be provided so you can set up email binding independently (e.g., in Google Workspace or similar).
Q: What happens if the client deactivates the website before the subscription ends?
A: Domain access will be provided to the client. The client needs to create an account on the domain panel where the domain was purchased. From the next renewal, the client will be responsible for renewing the domain themselves.
