We request that the Service Charge be displayed as a separate line item on the final guest bill/invoice instead of being included within the total bill amount.
Currently, when a service charge is applied to a food bill, it is automatically added to the total amount without a separate breakup. This creates confusion for guests and makes it difficult for hotel staff to clearly explain the bill components.
Displaying the Service Charge separately would provide the following benefits:
Better transparency for guests.
Easier bill explanation by front office staff.
Improved compliance with internal accounting and audit requirements.
Enhanced guest confidence by clearly showing all charges.
We believe this feature would be beneficial for many hotels and restaurants using Ezee Absolute. Kindly consider adding this functionality in a future update.
