Intermediate / Recipe Item Costing – Incomplete Implementation

Current Behavior

• Ingredient cost does not auto-populate

• “Cost Per Unit” requires manual entry

• Recipe cost does not update when raw material price changes

• Recipe costing is unreliable

• Food cost % cannot be trusted

Requested Enhancements

• Auto-fetch cost from inventory items

• Auto-calculate intermediate/recipe cost

• Dynamic recalculation on raw material price updates

• Clear display of total recipe cost

Without this, the Intermediate Item feature is functionally broken, not just incomplete.
