Request for Member Login Feature on New Booking Engine

Following the recent Booking Engine UI update, we noticed that the member login feature is no longer available on the booking page.

Previously, guests were able to log in as members and access member-exclusive rates and packages. This functionality is important for our direct booking strategy and member retention.

We would like to request that the member login feature be reinstated on the new Booking Engine. Alternatively, could you please advise if it is possible to offer both:

  • Public packages/rates that can be booked without logging in, and
  • Member-exclusive packages/rates that require guests to log in as members

We would appreciate your assistance and look forward to your feedback on the available options.
