Currently, the promotional packages (Long Stay and Summer Offer) are appearing at the top, while the standard rate plans are listed at the bottom. This is creating confusion for guests.
In cases where:
Guests do not wish to stay for the minimum 10 nights required under the Long Stay package, or
Guests do not wish to book within the Summer Offer duration,
they need to select the normal rate plans. However, these standard plans — Restorative Stay (Minimum 1 Night) and Retreat (Minimum 3 Nights) — are displayed at the bottom, and guests must click on “Show More” to view them.
We are receiving queries from multiple guests who are unsure where to book the normal rate plan.
To improve user experience and avoid confusion, my suggestion is to revise the sorting order so that:
Standard Rate Plans appear at the top, and
Promotional Packages follow below them.

Hello Admin,
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback.
We understand your concern regarding the visibility of standard rate plans when promotional packages are displayed first, and how this can sometimes create confusion for guests during the booking process.

We would encourage you to explore the new Booking Engine experience and evaluate whether it better addresses your requirements.
The new Booking Engine focuses on helping guests find the most suitable options more easily while providing a cleaner and more intuitive booking journey.
We have also noted your feedback regarding the preferred ordering of standard rate plans and promotional packages and will share it with our Product Team for further review and consideration.
