Answer: Yes, we can change the background color for Header and Footer, to change you can go to Old Extranet >> Marketing >> Email Marketing & Scheduling >> Select Header / Footer to Edit
Edit Header / Footer >> Source >> Search for Background-color html code and insert your color code
