How can we publish a review on the Booking Engine?
To display guest reviews on your booking engine via eZee Centrix, follow these steps:
Log in to eZee Centrix:
- Access your eZee Centrix account with the necessary credentials.
Navigate to Guest Reviews:
- From the main dashboard, select the Guest Review option.
Manage Reviews:
- You'll see a list of both published and unpublished reviews.
- To publish a review, click on the unpublished review.
- To unpublish a review, click on the published review.
Note: Only published reviews will be visible on your booking engine.
