You can reply to guest reviews directly from eZee Reservation. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Front Office menu.
- Open the Guest Reviews section.
- Select the review you want to respond to.
- Enter your reply in the text box.
- Click Reply.
Your response will be visible to the guest through the Booking Engine.
Note:
- Responding to guest feedback helps improve your hotel’s reputation.
- Only authorized users can respond to reviews.
