To enable automatic emails to guests when their reservation is released and/or cancelled in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:
Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel.
Go to Settings > General.
Navigate to Print and Email Settings.
Under the Email Options section:
Check the box for “Email for Reservation Released”.
Select the appropriate email template from the dropdown menu.
(Optional) Check the box for “Email for Reservation Cancelled / Preview” if you also want to send emails for cancelled reservations.
Click Save to apply the changes.
This will ensure that guests automatically receive an email notification when their reservation is released or cancelled.
