If we see the above message while clicking on the ID scanner button, we needs to check if the Host file is not stuck.
It is possible that ID scanner Host file is running but, it might have been stuck. We can start the service from eZee folder or if it is placed on Desktop.
getSecond, we can make sure that the file not gets stuck again, we can enable the .Net Framework setting from the control panel.
Once we enable the above settings, We can restart the Service again and check same again.
We can End the task eZee Host service from the Task manager and re-run the service as administrator.
The above solution should be able to resolve the concern with given error. Client should be able to scan the ID or passport from eZee absolute software after the above troubleshooting.
