Mykad Reader is the identity card in Malaysia that incorporates guest photo and bio-metric fingerprint data on an in-built computer chip which fasten checkin process.

How to solve:
This error can come when the correct MYID.dll is not registered on the machine. 
Close eZee Front Desk and Download this zip file:

Screenshot 1: Right click on ezee Version 7 icon and go for open file location
Screenshot 2: Copy and Replace the extracted files to eZee Application folder

Screenshot 3: Find out reg.bat file and run as administrator
Screenshot 4: This should give you success message
Screenshot 5:  eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advanced Settings >> Integrations >> MyKad Integration save it

Screenshot 6: Now you can test scan MyKad from Front Desk. It should be working now.
