Problem: While opening report, get below error

Please follow below steps to resolve error. Close all eZee Application on this machine.
Screenshot 1: Go to Control Panel / All Control Panel Items / Programs and Features and Uninstall below crystal report files

1. Check Operating System Bits – ( 32/64 bits)
2. Open URL – https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
