This particular report will display Arrival and Departure information of the guest.

Arrival information will be displayed when any guest will be under Booking and Reservation Status. You need to enter arrival information into Guest’s Room >> Other Information Tab once Booking and Reservation has been done. If you made the Guest Checked In and enter Arrival Information of the guest, it will not be displayed into Pickup/Dropout report.

Note: Arrival Information is not being displayed in a report when you change the status of Booking into Reservation by allocating the room.

Departure Information will be displayed when you add it into a Guest’s Room >> Other Information Tab.
