How to add allowance as extra charge in the room in eZee Frontdesk 7.0? : Yanolja Cloud Solution

What is allowance as extra charge?

Here extra charge is used as allowance / receivables as against folio. this is kind of settlement for extra charge

Location:
eZee FrontDesk Configuration >> Advance Setting >> Rental >> Allowance

Prerequisite:
eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Configuration >> Extra Charge

User Privilege:
General Settings >> Allow to give a allowance

How to Access:
Follow below steps to add allowance as extra charge:

Note: When you mark allowance as extra charge , this charges will be not display in the extra charge list
