Issue:
If a user enters the wrong login credentials more than five times, eZee Absolute PMS automatically blocks them for 30 minutes as a security measure. When they try to log in again, they will see the following error message:
? "You are blocked by the system for 30 mins, please contact admin or try after 30 mins."
This prevents the user from accessing their account until the 30-minute cooldown period is over. However, an admin user can manually unblock them immediately.
Solution: How to Unblock a User in eZee Absolute PMS
To unblock a user, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in as an Admin
- Ensure you have admin privileges to access the configuration settings.
- Use your admin credentials to log in to eZee Absolute PMS.
Step 2: Access the Configuration Settings
- Once logged in, go to the Main Menu.
- Click on Configuration to open the settings.
Step 3: Navigate to "Unblock User" Section
- In the Configuration panel, look for the "Unblock User" option.
- Click on it to view a list of all blocked users.
Step 4: Find and Unblock the User
- Locate the blocked user in the list.
- Click on the Unblock button next to their name.
Step 5: Confirm and Notify the User
- The user will now be unblocked and can log in immediately.
- Inform the user that they can now try logging in again with the correct credentials.

✔ If the user forgot their password, they should reset it using the "Forgot Password?" option.
