I would like to submit feedback regarding the recent PMS UI update.
Since the new interface was introduced, it has become much more difficult to identify which bookings have pending payments. In the previous version, the payment status was visible directly from the booking list, allowing us to monitor and follow up on unpaid reservations quickly and efficiently.
With the current UI, we need to open or click into each booking to check whether payment is still pending. As a property that handles many reservations every day, we constantly need to monitor payment status. This extra step significantly slows down our workflow and increases the risk of missing a pending payment or making operational mistakes.
We understand that UI updates are made to improve the system, but this particular change has had a negative impact on our daily operations. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider restoring the payment pending indicator to the booking list, or providing an option to display it without needing additional clicks, similar to the previous version.
