We would like to share a feature request based on day-to-day operational challenges faced by our hotel while using the Lost & Found module in your PMS.
Currently, the Lost & Found screen does not provide a filter to distinguish between Lost and Found items, which makes searching and tracking difficult especially when the data list grows.
In addition, there is no export or reporting option available.
This restricts us from:
Sharing monthly Lost & Found statistics with the General Manager
Auditing the current status of each Lost & Found case
Maintaining compliance records and historical tracking
We strongly recommend introducing:
A Lost / Found filter in the search criteria
An export to Excel / CSV option for Lost & Found data
A dedicated Lost & Found report with monthly summary and item-wise status
Furthermore, the Guest Portal does not currently allow guests to report Lost or Found items themselves. Enabling this feature would significantly improve guest experience and reduce front desk dependency.
We would appreciate it if the Yanolja Cloud Product Team could share the tentative roadmap or timeline for introducing these enhancements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are happy to inform you that this enhancement has already been released. You can now use the available filters in the Lost & Found module to distinguish between Lost and Found items, making it easier to search, track, and manage records as the list grows.
If you are not seeing the option yet, we recommend ensuring your system is updated to the latest version or checking under the filter section within the module.

I have encountered similar instances in which the hotelier has requested this feature as well.
