Guest Registration Card

I would also like the Terms and Conditions included on the GR (Guest Registration) card, as this forms the legal basis of our contract with guests. This is what guests are effectively signing and agreeing to, so it needs to be properly structured and compliant.

In addition, I would like the flexibility to upload our own GR card design. The current templates provided are not suitable and do not contain the level of detail required under local legislation for guest data collection and compliance.

Ideally, the system should allow us to upload a custom PDF or similar file, with the option to print double-sided so that the Terms and Conditions can appear on the reverse side. This would create a complete and properly structured registration card.

At present, the available options are not satisfactory in terms of layout, professionalism, or compliance, and we need a solution that reflects a more standardised hotel industry format and meets regulatory requirements.
