Currently, it is challenging to explain the charges to our guests because we cannot separate room charges and food charges clearly. This often requires either printing separate bills or manually calculating the details.
To improve clarity and streamline the process, we would like to request the following feature enhancement:
Separation of Charges:
Ability to clearly bifurcate room charges and food charges on the invoice, with each category reflecting the amounts posted from the POS system.
For food charges, we would appreciate the ability to see detailed breakdowns (e.g., itemized charges, taxes) that are automatically pulled from the POS.
Total Amount and Tax Information:
Clearly visible total amounts for both room and food charges, along with the corresponding taxes.
This will help us avoid any confusion when explaining charges to guests and will save time in our daily operations.

To help us better understand your request, could you please confirm whether you’re looking for any additional level of itemization or a different presentation beyond the current POS charge and tax details—for example, deeper item-level visibility, clearer separation between room and food sections, or a specific invoice format?
