Dear Team,
I would like to request the addition of two columns in the Work Order report. Currently, the process is lengthy and time-consuming, as I have to open each work order individually to view the details and in the report also showing the last update I required details or every task who performed and when it was performed.
To streamline this process, please add the following columns to the report:
Work Order Created By (including date and time)
Work Order Completed By (including date and time)
This will help in viewing all required information together in a single report.
I will really appreciate if you update the column to earliest.

Thank you for sharing this request and explaining the operational context behind it. We understand that having this information surfaced as dedicated columns—such as Created By and Completed By—could further improve readability and reduce manual review.
We’d also like to highlight that the Notes section in the current Work Order List report already captures the latest action details, including who performed the update and the exact date and time (for example, assignment, status change, or completion). Additionally, the creation date and time of the work order are already visible in the report, which helps track when the request was initially raised.


We’ve added this enhancement to our product wishlist. The Product Team will evaluate whether adding additional columns would provide incremental value & operational impact beyond the existing details, considering overall usage patterns and impact on hotel operations. and keep you posted about the further updates.
