We operate a boutique property and have been using your Ezee software for inventory and revenue management in our daily operations. So far, our experience has been excellent. The software has significantly streamlined our processes and has supported our growth over the years.
Recently, following the latest update to the Ezee software, our team has been using the new version in day-to-day operations. Unfortunately, we have encountered a few challenges that are affecting our efficiency and ease of use. I would like to highlight some of the key concerns below:
1. Revenue Management Tab
Earlier, we were able to analyze monthly and yearly revenue directly through the tab available in the top-right corner of the system. However, as informed by your technical team, we now need to raise a request and wait for your team to generate and share the report. A task that previously took only a couple of minutes now takes 2–3 business days, which seems highly impractical for operational decision-making.
2. Accessibility on Tablets
We primarily operate the Ezee system on tablets. Important indicators such as the Pending Payment ($) symbol and the Group Leader (Crown) symbol are no longer easily accessible. As advised by your technical team, we need to use a mouse and manually check each booking individually, which is cumbersome and time-consuming.
3. User Interface and Screen Layout
The previous interface was more compact and allowed us to view information clearly on a single screen. The updated version appears significantly zoomed in, requiring excessive scrolling even for basic tasks. This has reduced operational efficiency and made navigation more difficult.
We kindly request you to review these concerns and consider possible improvements. We value our association with Ezee and appreciate the support your software has provided to our business. We hope these usability issues can be addressed so that we can continue to benefit from the platform as effectively as before.
