In which email templates Hotel Logo is visible in eZee Absolute?

The hotel logo appears in the following email templates in eZee Absolute:

  1. Guest-Facing Emails:

    • Reservation Confirmation
    • Reservation Modification
    • Reservation Cancellation
    • Guest Invoice
  2. Internal Emails:

    • Night Audit Reports
    • Shift Reports

How to Ensure the Logo is Visible?

  • Navigate to Configuration > Email Templates
  • Open the desired template
  • Ensure the logo placeholder is inserted correctly
  • Save changes and send a test email

Note: If the logo does not appear, check the image URL or contact support.
