The hotel logo appears in the following email templates in eZee Absolute:
Guest-Facing Emails:
- Reservation Confirmation
- Reservation Modification
- Reservation Cancellation
- Guest Invoice
Internal Emails:
- Night Audit Reports
- Shift Reports
How to Ensure the Logo is Visible?
- Navigate to Configuration > Email Templates
- Open the desired template
- Ensure the logo placeholder is inserted correctly
- Save changes and send a test email
Note: If the logo does not appear, check the image URL or contact support.
