How to create users in eZee Absolute?

Follow these steps to create and manage user accounts in eZee Absolute:

Step 1:

  • Log in to eZee Absolute.
  • Click on the Property Name/Hotel dropdown at the top-right corner.
  • Select Configuration.
  • Under Configuration, choose User from the same Dropdown menu.

Step 2: 

  • Click Add User to create a new account.

  • Fill in the user details such as:

    • User Name and Password

    • User Role (e.g., Night Auditor, Front Desk)

    • Email (The user will receive password reset link on this Email address) 

 Enable Global Access or Access to open an IP, which may be mandatory for the user to log in from external networks.

Step 3:

  • Under the Privileges tab (or section), check the boxes for the configurations, modules, and operations this user can access.
  • Ensure the user’s role and privileges align with their job responsibilities.

Step 4:

  • Click Save to finalize the new user account.
  • Provide the login credentials to the user for accessing eZee Absolute.

Once completed, the newly created user can log in to eZee Absolute with the assigned User Role and Privileges, ensuring proper access control and security. Refer to the YouTube Tutorial for a step-by-step demonstration.
