About Guest Portal
The Guest Portal in eZee Absolute allows your in-house guests to:
View their reservation details (check-in, check-out, room type, etc.)
Access and download their bills and folios
Request hotel services like housekeeping, room service, or amenities
Use the self-check-out feature for a faster departure
Update or edit certain reservation details (like guest details, billing info, or preferences) if enabled by the property
Steps to Resend the Guest Portal Access Link
First, Edit the Reservation.
Go to the Booking Details tab of the guest’s reservation.
Once details are updated, click the Send Mail button at the bottom of the page.
✅ Tick the checkbox for “Access Guest Portal”.
From the Template dropdown, select “Guest Portal Access email to Guest on Direct check-in in Hotel” (or your custom template).
Confirm the guest’s email ID and review the email content.
Click the Send button.
The guest will immediately receive the Guest Portal access link on their registered email.
