To modify or add a cancellation policy or hotel policy on your booking engine via eZee Centrix, follow these steps:
Log in to eZee Centrix:
Navigate to the Old Extranet:
- After logging in, click on "Old Extranet" to access the previous interface.
Access Property Descriptions:
- In the Old Extranet, go to Property Setup
- Descriptions.
- Modify Policies: Within the "Descriptions" section, select either "Hotel Policy" or "Cancellation Policy" to edit or add new policies as needed.
In the above screenshot, we can see there are other policies also, so we can change these policies for the Booking engine from here.
