Where can I define my cancellation policy in eZee Absolute?

To define your cancellation policy in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Property > Hotel Information.

  3. Locate the Cancellation Policy section.

  4. Enter your cancellation policy draft in the provided text box.



  5. Click Save to apply the changes.


Note:
The defined cancellation policy will appear on the Reservation Confirmation Voucher, ensuring guests are informed of the policy before their arrival. The voucher is automatically sent once the reservation is confirmed.
