To define your hotel policy in eZee Absolute, follow these steps:
Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel.
Go to Settings > Property > Hotel Information.
Locate the Hotel Policy text box
Enter your hotel policy draft as required.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Note:
The hotel policy entered here will also appear on the Reservation Confirmation Voucher, so guests are well informed about hotel rules and guidelines prior to their arrival.
