What is No-Show/Cancellation Charge in eZee Absolute?

Modified on Wed, 10 Jan, 2024 at 1:14 AM

No show : A 'No Show' occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the hotel or motel on the expected date and time of their reservation without providing any prior notice or explanation.

No show Charges : To protect hotels from potential losses due to no shows, we have a feature called 'No Show Charges.' If a guest does not arrive and doesn't cancel their booking, hotels can apply these charges. This helps hotels cover costs for the reserved room that remains unoccupied.

In eZee Absolute, we can easily record and manage No Show Charges for such instances.

Cancel : A 'Cancelled Reservation' refers to a booking that is revoked either by the guest or the hotelier due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons.

Cancellation charges : When a hotel cancels a reservation, a 'Cancellation Fee' may be applicable. This fee is a predetermined sum that the guest must pay as per the hotel's cancellation policy.

eZee Absolute enables us to handle Cancellation Charges effectively, ensuring a smooth process for both guests and hotel management.

By utilizing these features in eZee Absolute, hotels can streamline their operations and ensure a seamless booking experience for their guests."
