How to define No-Show charges in eZee Absolute?

Steps to Define No-Show Charges

  1. Log in to the eZee Absolute and Go to the Configuration Panel.

  2. Go to the Settings Section

    • Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Check-In Reservation Settings .

    • Inside the Check-In Reservation Settings, click on the Cancel / No-Show tab.



  3. Enable No-Show Fee

    • Locate the No-Show Fee Options section.

    • Tick the checkbox labeled Post No-Show Fee to enable this feature.

  4. Select the Charge Type

    • Choose one of the following options:

      • Percentage of Room Charges

      • Fixed Value

  5. Set Nights for Charge Deduction

    • Specify the number of nights for which the no-show charge should be applied.

    • Charges will be calculated starting from the first night of the booking, even if the reservation was for multiple nights.



  6. Save the Changes

    • Click Save to apply your settings.
