Steps to Define No-Show Charges
Log in to the eZee Absolute and Go to the Configuration Panel.
Go to the Settings Section
Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Check-In Reservation Settings .
Inside the Check-In Reservation Settings, click on the Cancel / No-Show tab.
Enable No-Show Fee
Locate the No-Show Fee Options section.
Tick the checkbox labeled Post No-Show Fee to enable this feature.
Select the Charge Type
Choose one of the following options:
Percentage of Room Charges
Fixed Value
Set Nights for Charge Deduction
Specify the number of nights for which the no-show charge should be applied.
Charges will be calculated starting from the first night of the booking, even if the reservation was for multiple nights.
Save the Changes
Click Save to apply your settings.
