How to define late check-out charges in eZee Absolute?

You can apply charges for late check-outs in eZee Absolute to ensure proper billing and maintain check-in schedules for upcoming guests. These charges can be defined based on your hotel's policy.


Steps to Set Up Late Check-Out Charges

  1. Log in to the eZee Absolute Configuration Panel

  2. Go to Settings

    • Click on Settings from the main menu.

    • Select General Settings and go to the Check in / Reservation Settings section.

       

  3. Enable Late Check-Out Option

    • Go to late check-put options under the General tab

    • Enable the Auto post for late check-out if not enabled


  4. Define Late Check-Out Charge Rules

    • Add the percentage of the room ratethat will be collected as late check-out charges

    • Mention grace period if any (e.g., first 1 hour after check-out time free)

  5. Save the Settings

    • After defining the charges and rules, click Save to apply the changes.
