Step 1: Access Configuration Settings
Log in to eZee Absolute.
Click on the Property Name (Hotel) dropdown at the top-right corner.
Select "Go to Configuration."
Step 2: Navigate to Check-In/Reservation Settings
Click on Settings from the top menu.
Select General under the Settings section.
Click on Check In/Reservation Settings.

Step 3: Define Cancellation Charges
Click on the Cancel/No Show tab.
Under Cancellation Fee Options:
Enable Post Cancellation Fee.
Set the fee as a percentage (%) of Room Charges or a fixed amount.
Choose when to apply the fee:
Beyond X days of reservation OR Within X days of arrival.
Click Save to apply the changes.
