How to define cancellation charges in eZee Absolute?

Step 1: Access Configuration Settings

  • Log in to eZee Absolute.

  • Click on the Property Name (Hotel) dropdown at the top-right corner.

  • Select "Go to Configuration."

Step 2: Navigate to Check-In/Reservation Settings

  • Click on Settings from the top menu.

  • Select General under the Settings section.

  • Click on Check In/Reservation Settings.

Step 3: Define Cancellation Charges

  • Click on the Cancel/No Show tab.

  • Under Cancellation Fee Options:

    • Enable Post Cancellation Fee.

    • Set the fee as a percentage (%) of Room Charges or a fixed amount.

    • Choose when to apply the fee:

      • Beyond X days of reservation OR Within X days of arrival.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.
