A reservation cancellation means informing the hotelier that the guest is not arriving as per the scheduled arrival date. There may be several reasons to cancel future reservations.
1.) Change their mind to visit that place.
2.) Due to national and international virus cause like COVID-19 in the year 2020.
3.) A natural disaster like an earthquake, volcano, etc.
How to Access: In order to cancel a reservation please follow the below steps and video.
User Privilege: eZee absolute configuration >> User >> Edit user >> Privileges >> Reservation >> Cancel reservation.
There are several ways to cancel the reservation.
1) Stay View : Stay view >> Click on reservation >> More option >> Click on cancel reservation Icon >> set a reason >> Save
2) Reservation list : Reservation list >> Click on the reservation >> More option >> Click on cancel reservation Icon >> set a reason >> Save
1) Stay View: Click on reservation >> More option >> Click on cancel reservation Icon >> set a reason >> Save
