Undoing a Canceled Reservation in eZee Absolute

Yes, it is possible to restore a canceled reservation in eZee Absolute, but only if the cancellation was made before the night audit.


How to Access: In order to perform undo cancel reservation in the eZee absolute PMS system please follow the below steps before the night audit.



How to Undo a Canceled Reservation:

  1. Navigate to Front OfficeReservation List.


  2. Search for the Canceled Reservation:
    • Click on the Search option.
    • If the reservation pertains to a past date, uncheck the Arrival box.
    • Search using the Reservation Date.
    • Set the Status filter to Canceled for easier identification.



  3. Open the reservation go to more options and click on Undo Cancel Reservation.
  4. Confirm the action, and the reservation will be restored.



This option helps hoteliers efficiently manage accidental cancellations and restore bookings when needed.
