Is it possible to do undo No Show reservations in eZee Absolute?

No show: In the Hospitality Industry, a person who does not arrive where and when they should at a hotel or motel, and makes no explanatory contact, is called a NoShow.


How to Access: In order to perform undo no-show in the eZee absolute PMS system please follow the below steps.


Location: eZee absolute PMS >> Reservations >> Search >>  Select status as No show

Screenshot 2: Click on down arrow available at the right of that reservation as shown on the below screenshot.




Screenshot 3 : If Night audit is done after no show marking, we can activate no show booking.
