Is it possible to do undo No Show reservations in eZee Absolute?

Yes, in eZee Absolute, you can reverse a reservation marked as a "No Show." This is useful if a guest arrives after being marked as a no-show or if the status was assigned by mistake. Here's how to undo a no-show reservation:

Steps to Undo a No-Show Reservation:

  1. Access the Reservation:

    • Navigate to Front Office > Reservations.
    • Use the Search function to filter reservations by selecting the status No Show.




  2. Reactivate the Reservation:

    • Click on the specific reservation you wish to update.
    • Click on More options.
    • You will find an option to Undo No show Reservation Click on it




Note: If the night audit has already been performed after marking the reservation as a no-show, you can still activate the booking using the same steps. However, the reservation's arrival date will be updated to the current working date.


  1. Access the Reservation:

    • Navigate to Front Office > Reservations.
    • Use the Search function to filter reservations by selecting the status No Show.





  2. Reactivate the Reservation:

    • Locate the specific reservation you wish to update.
    • Click the downward arrow next to the reservation details.
    • Select Activate Booking from the dropdown menu.




  3. Update Reservation Details:

    • After activating, select the Room Type, Rate Plan, and verify the Arrival and Departure Dates.
    • Click Save to confirm the changes.
