How can I update or change my bank details so they appear on my receipt in eZee Absolute?

Answer:
You can easily update your bank details yourself in the eZee Absolute back-end by following these steps:


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Login to eZee Absolute

    • Use your admin credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to Settings

    • On the top menu, hover over Settings.

    • From the dropdown, click on Notices.


  3. Locate the Receipt Section

    • In the Notices page, you will see various sections such as Cancellation, Group Pro Forma/Invoice, Registration Card, Ageing Debtors Report, etc.

    • Find the field labeled Folio.



  4. Save the Changes

    • Once you have updated the details, click the Save button at the bottom right of the page.
