Want to update your hotel's Name, Address, Contact Info, GST/Tax Number, Logo, or Policies? We will guide you through it step-by-step.
Step 1: Access the Configuration Page.
From the Front Office, click on your Property Name at the top.
Select Go to Configuration.
Note: If the Configuration option is not visible, your user role may not have access. Please contact your admin user to request permission.
⚙️ Step 2: Navigate to Hotel Information.
Go to: Settings > Property > Hotel Information
✏️ Editable Fields in Hotel Information:
Hotel Name – Update the name of the property.
Address 1 & Address 2 – Edit the property's address.
Phone & Reservation Phone – Update contact numbers.
Email – Change the reservation or contact email.
Upload Logo – Add a new logo.
If the logo exists, click Cancel to remove it, then upload the new one.
Reg. No. 1 – Add or update the GST/Tax Number
Hotel Policy – Add or edit your Hotel Policy
This will appear in the reservation voucher email.
Cancellation Policy – Add or update your Cancellation Policy.
This will appear in the cancel reservation voucher email.
