To reset or change a Travel Agent's password in eZee Reservation, follow these steps:
Access to Old extranet:
- Navigate to Master > Travel Agent.
- Copy the email address of the Travel Agent whose password needs to be reset.
Navigate to User Management:
- Click on the Welcome {Username} tab.
- Select Users.
- Add the Travel Agent's email address.
- Choose the External User category.
- Click on Search.
- Update the Password.
