How to reset / change Travel Agent password ?

To reset or change a Travel Agent's password in eZee Reservation, follow these steps:


Access to Old extranet:

  • Navigate to Master > Travel Agent.
  • Copy the email address of the Travel Agent whose password needs to be reset.



  • Navigate to User Management:

    1. Click on the Welcome {Username} tab.
    2. Select Users.
    3. Add the Travel Agent's email address.
    4. Choose the External User category.
    5. Click on Search.
    6. Update the Password.
