How to define rates in eZee Absolute?

In eZee Absolute, room rates can be set in three different ways depending on your pricing needs: Regular Rates, Seasonal Rates, and Business Source Rates.

Login to eZee Absolute Configuration Panel
Go to: Rates > Room Rates

 


1. Regular Rates

Use this method to define standard rates for each room type.

Steps:

  • Filter by Room Type and Rate Type

  • Enter rates for:

    • Base Adult

    • Extra Adult

    • Extra Child

  • Click Save


2. Seasonal Rates

Define rates for specific seasons using this method.

Steps:

  • Filter by Room Type, Rate Type, and Season (select one)

  • Click Get Rates

  • Enter rates for:

    • Base Adult

    • Extra Adult

    • Extra Child

  • Click Save

      

3. Business Source Rates

Use this method to apply special rates for travel agents or corporate clients.
Note: Rate mode of Business Source must be set to “Special” to use this feature.

Set Up Business Source as Special:

  • Go to: eZee Absolute Frontend > Cashiering > Travel Agent Database

     

  • Select an agent and click Edit

  • Choose Special under rate type and click Save


     

Steps to Define Business Source Rates:

  • Filter by Room Type, Rate Type, and Business Source (select one)

  • Click Get Rates

  • Enter rates for:

    • Base Adult

    • Extra Adult

    • Extra Child

  • Click Save

     


This setup allows you to maintain flexible and accurate pricing strategies for regular guests, seasonal demand, and special business partnerships.
