How to Configure a Housekeeper/Maid in eZee Absolute

You can configure housekeepers in the system to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including assigning work orders and updating room statuses.

Steps to Add a Housekeeper

Path:
Log in to eZee Absolute Configuration > Housekeeping > Housekeeper

 

Click on Add Housekeeper

Add the details as housekeeper's name and Mobile Number

Optional: App Access for Housekeeper

• If you set a Username and Password while creating the housekeeper, they can log in directly to the Housekeeping mobile app.

• There is no need to create a separate user login for app access.
  
  
  

Housekeeper Functions via App

• View assigned work orders.

• Mark assigned orders as completed.

• Update the status of rooms (e.g., Clean, Dirty, Inspected).

This setup allows efficient housekeeping management without giving full system access to the staff.
