Please follow the below steps in order to solve the issue
Close all eZee application before install below tool

OR
Control Panel >> Programs and feature >> Search by the key number for the specific Windows Operating System (Below mentioned are the keys)
Uninstall the mentioned key and after uninstalling the key system will ask you to restart. Once following steps are done try to import Menu item in the software.
For Windows 7: Uninstall KB4041681 and KB4041678
For Windows 8 Keys: Uninstall KB4041693
For Windows 10: Uninstall KB4041676
