Why can't I see settled and voided orders in the Order Summary?
Due to a recent privileges update, settled and voided orders are hidden if its tick marked. You can enable them using the following steps.
Steps to Enable Settled and Voided Orders
- Log in to the POS system as an administrator.
- Go to Settings and select User Management.
- Click the edit icon next to the user for whom you want to enable access (see Step 3 in the screenshot).
- Navigate to the Order Summary Columns tab.
- Under Other Settings, uncheck the options for:
- Hide Settled Orders
- Hide Void Orders
- Click Edit to save the changes.
