Unable to see Settled and void order on Order summary.

Why can't I see settled and voided orders in the Order Summary?
Due to a recent privileges update, settled and voided orders are hidden if its tick marked. You can enable them using the following steps.


Steps to Enable Settled and Voided Orders

  1. Log in to the POS system as an administrator.
  2. Go to Settings and select User Management.
  3. Click the edit icon next to the user for whom you want to enable access (see Step 3 in the screenshot).
  4. Navigate to the Order Summary Columns tab.
  5. Under Other Settings, uncheck the options for:
    • Hide Settled Orders
    • Hide Void Orders
  6. Click Edit to save the changes.
