If you are experiencing issues accessing eZee PMS and the site becomes inaccessible for a few hours, the problem may be due to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking the connection.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
Try Accessing eZee PMS on a Different Network.
- Switch to another Wi-Fi connection or use mobile data to check if the site opens.
Restart Your Internet Connection.
- Turn off your router for a few minutes and restart it.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.
Check with Your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
- If the issue persists, contact your ISP and inform them that the eZee PMS site is being blocked.
- Request them to whitelist the website or check for any restrictions on their end.
Use a VPN (Optional).
- If the issue is ISP-related, using a VPN may help bypass the restriction.
Why Does This Happen?
