A. For a New Booking:
When creating a new booking manually, click the “Add Payment” button.
Enter the credit card details in the provided fields.
B. For an Existing Booking:
Open the reservation and select "Edit".
Navigate to the "Credit Card" tab.
Click on “Add Card” to enter the credit card details.
2. How do I process payment through the POS terminal?
Edit the reservation.
Go to the "Credit Card" tab and click on "Add Payment".
3. How do I send a payment link to the guest?
Edit the reservation.
Navigate to the "Credit Card" tab.
Click on "Send Collect Payment Link".
4. How do I process a refund for the customer?
Edit the reservation.
Click on the three dots next to the existing payment.
Select the "Refund" option.
5. How do I authorize and charge a credit card?
Edit the reservation and go to the "Credit Card" tab.
Click the three dots on the already added card to access options to charge, verify, authorize, or view CVV details.
Additional Note:
For some reservations made through Booking.com and Expedia, payments are collected by the OTA and sent to us via a Virtual Credit Card (VCC). To process these VCC payments, use the Card Charge operation within the system. This ensures accurate payment processing for both Virtual and traditional credit cards.
6. How many times can the CVV number be viewed?
For security purposes, the CVV number can be viewed a maximum of five times.
7. How long after checkout can the CVV number be viewed?
The CVV number can be viewed up to 24 hours after checkout.
8. How do I check payment attempts?
Edit the reservation.
Go to the "Credit Card" tab and click on "Payment Attempts".
