Where can hotels find the B2B marketplace tab in their channel manager?
Hotels can find the B2B marketplace tab in the channel manager dashboard, in the extreme right hand corner.
Where can hotels see their B2B bookings and how can I identify them?
The b2b bookings can be seen in the bookings tab of channel manager and you can identify the bookings by checking the source. Source will tell whether it is an Akbar travel, travclan, Agoda B2b etc booking.
What is the commission% for the B2B marketplace?
The commission % can vary from hotel to hotel and can be set up while registering for the B2B marketplace. Once the commission is updated it can also be changed by the hotel.
How can hotels increase their bookings for the B2B marketplace?

How will the hotel's content flow (images, videos, amenities, description, etc) for the B2B marketplace?
The content for all our hotel partners currently flows through our API connected with leading OTA channels like Booking.com, Makemytrip.com, etc.
If the hotel is already registered with Akbar travel or travclan directly, what value will the hotel get to work with them through us?
With Yanolja cloud solution, our hotel partners will be able to get a preference in terms of more visibility and reach within these channels (corporate bookings, groups, MICE). Also hotel will be able to connect with additional b2b distribution partners such as Ottila, Rezlive, Travel world solution, Within earth, AirIQ, etc.
Rates and Inventory
How will the hotel rates and inventory flow to these B2B marketplaces?
The rates and inventory flows directly through our channel manager, no additional login is required.
How are rates calculated?
As the hotel partner sets up the commission, the sell rates which are updated on the channel manager get converted to net non commissionable rate and then it flows on the B2B distribution channel.
What are net rates?
Net rates are the net non commissionable rates which the hotel partner will receive whenever a booking is being made.
From where can I update the rates and inventory for all these B2B distributors?
The rates and inventory for all the distributors can be updated through the channel manager and there is no separate login required.
Can hotels offer different commissions to different B2B distributors?
Yes, hotels can offer different commissions to different distributors. This can be updated through the B2B marketplace dashboard and partner section.

From where can hotels see what rates are being visible on these distributors?
The rates which are flowing on the B2B distributors cannot be seen as these rates are only visible when you have the agent log in for these distributors.
At what rate will hotels receive the bookings?
The hotel will receive the bookings on the net rates without any additional charges.
Are the rates exclusive of taxes?
Yes, the rates are exclusive of taxes.
Promotions
How can hotels offer promotions to the distributors?
The promotions can be offered to the distributors through the B2B marketplace. One has to go on the Partners tab where you will find the promotions tab, through this the hotel can run different kinds of promotions.
What kind of promotions should hotels offer to the distributors?
The hotel can offer various types of promotions to distributors, such as day-of-the-week discounts, early-bird offers, last-minute deals, and long-stay promotions. These promotions should align with the discounts offered on OTAs, ensuring competitive rates for B2B distributors while allowing agents sufficient margin to operate effectively.
How will these promotions be calculated?
The promotion is first deducted from the sell rate updated in the channel manager, resulting in an effective sell rate. The configured commission is then deducted from this effective sell rate, converting it into a net, non-commissionable rate. This net rate is subsequently distributed across the B2B distributor channels. All promotions are applied in accordance with the promotion rules, with the highest applicable promotion taking precedence.
Payment
When will hotels receive their payment for the bookings?
Payment is credited prior to the guest’s check-out. For the first payment, processing may take an additional 3 to 4 days, while for last-minute bookings, it may take an extra 1 to 2 days.
Which distributors will pay directly to the hotel partners?
All the distributors will pay directly to the hotels except - Travclan, Go Global Travel, Rezlive and Within earth till their payment processes are finalised.
Where can hotels find the payment details?
The payment details are directly shared on the email once it is done.
Where do hotels need to update their bank details and GST number?
The bank details and the GST number can be updated through the B2B marketplace partner section or through the below google form -

Does the hotel need to pay any commission to Yanolja Cloud Solution?
No, our hotel partner does not need to pay any commission to Yanolja Cloud Solution, as we are the platform provider.
If the hotel does not receive the payment, who can the hotel connect with?
For any payment-related issues, the hotel can contact our 24/7 support team, who will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Agoda B2B
The hotel is not able to activate my Agoda B2B. Why?
To register on Agoda B2B, the hotel needs to first register on B2C and then offer an additional 5% promotion to Agoda B2B. If the hotel is not on Agoda B2C, the hotel cannot activate Agoda B2B. This can be through our B2B marketplace.
How does agoda B2B work?
It operates similarly to Agoda B2C. Once the Agoda B2B promotion is activated, the hotel gains visibility across all Agoda B2B channels and its affiliates. Payment processing and hotel policies follow the same structure as Agoda B2C.
Does the hotel need to pay extra commission for Agoda B2B?
No, the hotel does not pay any extra commission for Agoda B2B.
How will the hotel receive my payment for the bookings?
The payment cycle for Agoda B2B mirrors that of Agoda B2C, with payments made directly by Agoda to the hotel partner.
