Integrating a payment gateway with your PMS allows you to manage all payment-related operations directly within the system, improving efficiency, security, and accuracy.

We currently support the following payment gateways:
- Fortis / Zeamster (Recommended): Reliable and seamless integration with advanced automation capabilities
- Shift4: Widely used solution with strong terminal and card-present support
- Stripe: Flexible and globally recognized gateway for online payments
C) Getting Started
If you do not already have an account with any of the above payment gateways:
1. Create an account with your preferred payment gateway
2. Once your account is ready, get in touch with our Sales Team
- They will guide you regarding the integration process and applicable fees

3. After completion, our Support Team will assist you in connecting the gateway to your PMS

- Terminal Requirement (Important)
If you require a card machine/terminal, please note:
- The terminal must be purchased/provided by the payment gateway provider
- Our PMS will integrate with the terminal once it is configured through the gateway
- Make sure that your terminal setup is complete and that your terminal is connected to the internet
- For Fortis / Zeamster:
1) Press 26342) F for menu
3) Select control panel -> Terminal settings -> Comm means -> Advanced options -> Ethernet -> “Ping.”
4) Enter the address “8.8.8.8” or “1.1.1.1” and press the green key. If the received number shows 4/4, the ping is successful. If the received number shows 0/4 the ping fails which means device does not have internet.
- For Shift4:
Their own team will setup the Payment Gateway Terminal in your computer.
- Note
- Payment gateway setup involves both gateway-side configuration and PMS integration
