Greetings from Accounts Department.
We would like to request an important update and customization in the Settlement Summary and Housekeeping display in our system. Please find the detailed requirements below:
1. Settlement Summary – Department-wise and Mode-wise Split
We require the Settlement Summary report to clearly show:
Department-wise settlement (Rooms, Restaurant, Banquet, etc.)
Payment mode-wise split (Cash, Card, UPI, Company Credit, OTA, etc.)
Received amount split mode-wise exactly as per the attached sample format
The report should be easy to reconcile with Accounts and Bank Settlement
Currently, the summary is not showing the detailed split in the required format, which is creating reconciliation difficulties.
2. Housekeeping Status – Box-wise Color Display
We also need the Housekeeping module to show room status in a box-wise color format, such as:
Vacant Clean – Green
Vacant Dirty – Red
Occupied – Yellow
Out of Order – Grey
Any other status with clear color identification
This will help the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to quickly identify room status visually.
The attached sample format reflects exactly how we require the Settlement Summary to appear.
Kindly confirm if this update can be implemented at the earliest. This functionality is essential for our daily accounting and operational workflow. If this update is not possible, it will affect our payment processing and further continuation.

We understand your requirement for a Settlement Summary that provides a clear department-wise and payment mode-wise breakup for easier reconciliation.
To gather better clarity and ensure we align with your current workflow, could you please help us understand which report(s) you are currently fetching to obtain settlement details (for example, any settlement, payment, or transaction-related reports)?
This will help us review the existing reports and available alternatives through which your requirement can be addressed.
2. Housekeeping Status – Box-wise Color Display
Regarding the box-wise color display in the Housekeeping module, we would like to inform you that this functionality was recently discontinued due to lower overall usage across properties. As part of ongoing system improvements, this visual format was streamlined.
Please note that room statuses remain available through existing status indicators and filters to support Housekeeping and Front Office operations.
