Does the Channel Manager send OTA booking email notifications to guests?

The Channel Manager does not send booking email notifications to guests; only the OTA handles these notifications. If the Channel Manager were to send emails, guests might receive multiple notifications for the same booking, causing confusion.

Since the number of bookings received from the OTA equals the number of times booking emails are sent to the guest, the responsibility of sending these notifications remains solely with the OTA to prevent duplicates.
