How to update Data for bulk dates in New Extranet (eZee Rise)? (Bulk Update)

In the New Extranet (eZee Rise), you can update data for multiple dates using the Bulk Update feature by following these steps: 

Navigate to Bulk Update:

• Go to the 'Rate & Inventory' section.
• Select 'Bulk Update'.

Select Parameters:

• Source: Choose the appropriate source:
  • 'OTA Common Pool' for Online Travel Agencies.
  • 'WEB' for the booking engine.
• Room Type: Select the room type you wish to update (one at a time).
• Dates: Specify the date range for the update; you can select periods longer than one month.

Choose Data to Update:

• Select the operation you want to perform, such as updating Rates, Inventory, Minimum Nights, or applying/removing Stop Sell.

Enter Values:

• Inventory: If updating inventory, input the desired value.
• Rate Plan: Choose the rate plan to update (one at a time).
• Rates: If updating rates, enter the new rate value.

• Enter Values:

  • Minimum Nights: Specify the minimum number of nights if updating this parameter.
  • Stop Sell: To apply a Stop Sell, check the option and set it to 'On'. To remove a Stop Sell, set it to 'Off'.

• Apply Updates:

  • After entering all necessary values, click 'Update' to apply the changes to the selected dates.
